Before You Renew: As we are all still getting used to the first-time auto-renewal and subscription process with our new membership system, if you cannot recall if you are current, please log in and check your subscription status as we do not provide refunds. Accessing your member portal is accessible by going to our website and clicking "log in" on the top right. From there, you will see - on the left side menu - your dashboard, subscriptions, invoices, transactions, and settings. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
If you do not wish to use a credit card, you can always send your payment via Zelle ([email protected]) or check, and we encourage setting up auto-payment via your bank. Filling out the membership form is required to start your membership, and you will be able to modify and maintain it via the online member portal.
